American Kickboxing allows us to develop superior technique and pinpoint accuracy as we learn to  kick and punch.  All aspects of kickboxing are covered:

· Basic stance

· Footwork

· Body mechanics

· Punching and kicking

· Elbow  and knee strikes

· Clinching

· Combinations

· Timing

· Distancing

· Line familiarization

· Spatial relationships

 

Kickboxing is a great way to learn practical self defense and build up conditioning.  You will notice improvements in your endurance, flexibility, coordination, and strength.  You can learn as part of our JKD program, or as a separate art through private training.
