As a Fitness Instructor, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the International Fitness Professionals Association, Dan trains clients with a diversity of backgrounds.  He has education and experience in a number of areas including nutrition, children and senior fitness, pre and postnatal exercise, flexibility, endurance, and reactive  training.  Dan has recently received an advanced certification in Corrective Exercise Training.

So Why Do I Need A Fitness Professional?  Fitness has changed.  So have the training methods.  Not too long ago, the most readily available method of training was to watch what the biggest guy or most fit girl was doing, and when a trainer was hired, the advice given was what worked for the trainer, not the client.  These watered down fitness programs became very prevalent and in some cases very dangerous.
