As our knowledge of the body progresses so do our training methods.  Someone training for general fitness has different needs than someone training for a specific sport.  Does your sport require jumping or sudden stops and starts?  Does your sport require balance or flexibility?  Does your sport require speed and agility?  The training methods for each of these is different.

We offer training for individuals who are looking to improve their overall health as well as individuals who desire to improve in a specific sport. 

 

             Each program starts the same:

· We fix any imbalances

· We build stability and core

· We increase flexibility

· We build strength

· We then focus on individual attributes needed to excel
