Close Quarter Battle-Defensive Tactics-Hand to Hand Combat It all means one thing and one thing only; to survive an attack. How well you do this depends on your training. .
We understand that most law enforcement, military, and executive protection personnel carry a firearm and must qualify two or three times a year. You learn to clear a room or deal with a hostage situation, but there is no requirement to qualify for unarmed combat. That’s where we come in. The hard work has already been done. We have filtered through numerous martial systems to put together this program. This is our most popular program. You need to come with a willingness to learn and to train hard
Close Quarter Battle– CQB 101 Your training will consist of three days of intense physical training.
Day one: Rapid Assault Tactics · Basic kicking and punching (this may be a review for some), · How to intercept and destroy an opponent’s attack before the altercation even gets started. · How to blast in and take apart an opponent of any size using the bodies most effective weapons. · Sparring.
Day Two: Impact and Edged Weapons and Trapping · Stick and knife training drills and defenses. · Improvised weapons. · Gun defenses. · Close quarter hand trapping · Sparring
Day Three: Ground Fighting · What is the agenda in each position on the ground · Defend your position · Quick kills · Kino Mutai · Cheating to win · Sparring |

More often than not, we are faced with having to use non-lethal force to defuse a hostile situation. In fact, there are many places where the possession of a firearm is illegal, or it just isn’t prudent to carry a concealed weapon. With one of our seminars (or private or group lessons), you will learn real empty hand, and edged and impact weapons techniques. Unlike fighting for sport, where both competitors try to achieve victory by knockout, submission, or by points, the primary goal of defensive tactics is self preservation. When the focus is survival, there is no need to aggressively go after your opponent. What we will teach you is to evade, intercept, then terminate your adversary. |
