This is our Specialty! This is a culmination of over 25 years of martial arts and the best education in health and fitness training possible. We have combined all the physical training drills used in martial arts and developed a program that will make you a faster kicker and stronger puncher. You will develop better ground control and more effective footwork. You will also increase balance, stability, stamina, and flexibility. |

Each individual program consists of 5-7 phases of training
· Corrective exercise – we fix any muscular imbalances and repair any injuries · Stabilization Endurance - we build core and stability for a solid foundation · Strength Endurance - increase strength while achieving optimal levels of stabilization · Hypertrophy Training - simply put, you get stronger · Maximal Strength - recruit more muscle fiber and increase force production · Power Training - Increase force and velocity to increase power · Maximal Power Training - Increase speed strength through neuromuscular adaptations by using sport specific exercises
Training through phases will ensure that you will achieve the highest level of conditioning possible. |
