If you only have a few hours to learn, we will teach you the most comprehensive training methods and defense techniques available.  For 3-4 hours a day you will learn one complete aspect of personal protection. 

We will start with empty hand and cover the four ranges of combat, we will then move into impact and edged weapons, and lastly we will cover body mechanics, footwork and attribute training.

If you  would like, you can take each part as a separate course or combine different aspects to fit your personal needs.
